Here are samples of out of the box thinking for business cards - a most basic and daily-used marketing tool that is often left to be mundane. These examples show how powerful it can be: One card for a hairstylist and one for a psychologist that used a play on the phrase "reboot".

Came across a good resource site lately called DesignMoo that features high quality design freebies. Who couldn't use freebies these days? Good for keeping on the "check it out" list. They're on twitter, too.





A site I visit OFTEN is imprint - the motherload of well written articles on branding, design thinking, packaging, photography, publication design, typography, web and more. Make it a required visit a couple times a week.




Came across these interesting fine art Giclee montage prints by Image by Imagine Studio of Quebec Canada on Etsy. Something about the vintage lady caught my eye and I thought the hummingbirds were particularly beautiful. The "Lady and the Peacock" is also quite striking.
